Upload the conversation exports from your AI assistant, say who was talking and how, and see your conversations laid out by day: when you talked, for how long, and the moments that went badly. You can mark messages that were critical, angry or shouted, and download your files back with your marks in them. Your files are stored in your account so you can come back to them.

Duration is the time between the first and last message on a given day for that conversation, with any idle gap of 15 minutes or more excluded — a conversation can show several separate session blocks in one day if it was picked up and put down. Times are shown in your browser's local timezone.
⚑ Critical of a Claude response! AngryA Contains an ALL-CAPS word
Critical and angry are judgment calls; ALL-CAPS is mechanical. All three can be corrected by hand in the "Review & flags" tab — this view reflects your overrides.
These affect the whole page — Calendar, Conversations, and Review.

Every message you sent is listed below, in your own words, so you can check my automated flags against
what you actually meant rather than taking my word for it. Toggling a box overrides the auto-detected
value for that message; it does not change the message text.
This saves one self-contained file with both the automatic tags and your confirmed flags embedded in it —
load that file directly next time and everything comes back automatically.
